La Villa Independent School District, Home of The Mighty Cardinals, located in the mid-valley area in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. The district is comprised of three campuses: Jose Bernabe Muñoz Elementary School, La Villa Middle School and La Villa High School. Our district currently has a student population of approximately 800 students. La Villa I.S.D. is a small district with a strong academic program.
