Regular School Board Meeting
The Regular Monthly Meeting of the La Villa I.S.D. Board of Trustees will be held on September 19, 2007 at 6:00 P.M. at the La Villa Multi-Purpose Center, located at 500 E. 9th Street. If at anytime during the course of the meeting the board determines that a need to convene in executive session becomes necessary, the board shall do so.

Meetings Act.
1) Approval of Proposed Appointments, Terminations, Leaves,
Resignations, Re-assignments of Personnel, Employee Grievances
a) Hiring of Administrative/Professional Personnel – Instructional

b) Hiring of Non-Professional Personnel – Clerical/Technical and
Auxiliary
c) La Villa ISD staff reassignments/Terminations

F. Reconvene in Open Meeting
Should any final action, final decision or final vote be required
in the opinion of the Board with regard to any matter considered in
such closed/executive session, then such final action, final
decision or final vote shall be at the open meeting covered by this
notice upon the reconvening of this public meeting.
G. Adjournment

On this 14th day of September 2007, at 4:30 P.M., this notice was
posted on a bulletin board located at a place convenient to the
public in the central administrative office of the La Villa I.S.D.,
500 E. 9th Street, La Villa, Texas, and readily accessible to the
general public at all times.
