Mission Statement
The mission of La Villa Middle School is to do whatever it takes to educate, accommodate, develop, and encourage each individual student by offering various programs and interventions that will meet all goals and expectations set before them with the embracing of community and parental support.
Vision Statement
La VillaMiddle School students will have the necessary skills to continue successfully in the next level of higher learning with the support of the staff that will provide avenues to ensure, enrich, and enhance lifelong learning. All staff will improve in their professional development and will set higher academic standards to achieve student success by identifying each individual student’s educational needs and personal background. All discipline issues will be resolved to ensure overall student success. As a result of implementing our vision, La VillaMiddle School will be embraced and recognized by the community as the POWERHOUSE of student success.
Values
• Build positive, enthusiastic, and lasting relationships with students.

Goals
• Increase respect for diversity and self-esteem in all middle grades by fostering positive relationships.
• Establish high academic success by establishing individualized educational plans and monitoring student achievement and accountability for all.
• Provide staff development that is aligned to instructional needs through the Professional Learning Community Model.
• Impact academic success and positive behavior by continuous monitoring and redirecting noncompliant issues.
