2008-2009 School Year
The 2008-2009 School year is upon us and we look forward to
serving you and your children with great enthusiasm.
Pre-Registration for all middle school students was conducted in
May, 2008.
If you did not register or new to the district you may pickup a registration packet at the middle school office. If you are not able to come by for a packet registration will be conducted the first day of school.
Please bring the following information:
New to the District
Original Birth Certificate
Original Social Security Card
Proof of Residency with Physical Address (light or phone bill)
Current Immunization Records
Proof of Family Income
Court Ordered Guardianship or Notarized Letter
School Records from previous School
Returning Students
Proof of Residency with Physical Address (light or phone bill)
Updated Immunization Record
Court Ordered Guardianship or Notarized Letter
FIRST DAY OF INSTRUCTION WILL BE ON MONDAY, AUGUST 25, 2008.
