Meet the Teacher!

My name is Jesus Garcia Jr. I have been teaching music education for 21 years. Starting my sixteenth in La Villa. My degree comes from Hardin-Simmons University in Music Education with emphasis in instrumental music. I am certified to teach all-level music but teach marching band and band 6 grade through 12 currently. I enjoy teaching and making music with all my band students. Band not only helps students to think, get organized, critical think, it helps students to bond and form community among themselves.
